Blogspot Email- November 11, 2010 (yes I know this is redundant but read it anyway LOL )

Hey everyone!

I have contacted a few of you about our new Blogspot and some of you had some questions. This is just another way to create open lines of communication within the club. This is the address for it http://workingpaws4h.blogspot.com/

You should be able to just click on the link. On the blog I will post all of the emails sent out to everybody as well as announcements and updates. Be sure, especially when we start having weekly practices, that you check the blog every couple days if not daily. This will make it simpler for all of you to get the information about meeting changes, paper work due dates, e
tc. his is crucial because of scheduling issues we may have our meetings may change dates or location very last minute, like the night before. Most importantly to be able to post comments on the blog you need to create a Google account. This is extremely easy and the only thing you need is an email address (and obviously you all have those :-) ) To create a Google account just go to https://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount?continue=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F%23q%3Detc%26hl%3Den&hl=en

and type in.

1. your current address
2. A password
3. retype password
4. where you live- USA....duh
:-)

After that you are all set for the blog. If you have any questions about it feel free to email or call me @ 6164829637 or my email Barrleracers@aol.com

Grand Rapids Dog Show Email- November 6, 2010

Hi Guys!

Here's what I have (via e-mail) for workers at the Grand Rapids Dog Show next Sunday, November 14.

A.M. 7:00 to 11:00: Gail & Emma, Cathy & Kyle, Stacy & Marc, Jess & Harriet

P.M. 12:00 to 4:00 (or, until the show concludes): Gail & Emma

We have a perfect crew for the morning shift.

We need an afternoon shift!  That's actually the easiest....we'll mostly be bringing in the cooler bags and moving the pots of mums over to the Best in Show Ring.

Free parking and admission to the show....lots of vendors with anything you can think of for sale.....and, you get to watch the conformation judging, Jr. Handling, obedience and rally.  Best of all, the club earns $250.00 for our activities and you don't have to pay dues or sell candy bars!

If you want to know when your favorite breed is being shown Sunday, go to the Midogshows website and click on judging programs.  Then click on the juding program for the November 14 show.  Scroll down and find your breed or event.  It will tell you how many dogs are being shown, the ring and time.

I am also planning a brief meeting for November for sign-ups.  I'll have the date out as soon as I can confirm the location.  Member fees must be collected at this time ($10.00 per member.  If you belong to multiple clubs and/or counties, you pay to your "main" club, usually your livestock club).

Our "winter" meetings are usually Tuesdays.  Are Tuesdays good for most of you?

Looking forward to hearing from you!!  Gail

NEWSFLASH!!  JILL AND TEAPOT FINISHED THEIR U.D.!  CONGRATULATIONS!!
